Its finally Monday, the day that I dragged to come as it was presentation day and also the last day of working in the HR group.
As usual, a certain member of the group is critising about the report and why did we print out the report that early because a grammer mistake, the conclusion and recommendation wasn’t number as stated in the guidebook she has. FOR GOD STAKE! HAVE A MIND OF YOUR OWN! STOP FOLLOWING THE DAMN GUIDEBOOK! WHICH PART OF GUIDE DO SHE NOT KNOW! She then try shifting the blame to me that I did not do as she told me to. I could have snapped back but I just rebutted that to me conclusion is a summary of what is in the report and NUMBERING IT WOULD BE MEANINGLESS AND THERE IS NO NEED TO IT AS WELL AS RECOMMENDATION AND THAT I DID THIS FOR BOTH REPORT AND ESSAY FORMAT!
Then she trash out the issue on why did we make decisions without her being present. COME ON! LIKE IT OR NOT THERE IS STILL A NEED TO MEET TODAY! AND ITS 3 TO ONE! SHE TOLD US THAT IF WE NEED HER, WE TEXT HER BUT SINCE THE REPORT IS ON THE WAY, WE DID NOT NEED HER HELP SO MAKING A SIMPLE DECISION IS NOT SO HARD THAT WE NEED TO SEEK HER HELP IS IT AND ALSO SHE DIDN’T SAY WHETHER SHE WOULD BE COMING BACK LOL!
Her point of view was that, we should also meet in the weekend but I need to do other stuff, others need to work and EVEN WHEN WE DO MEET, WHAT CAN SHE DO BUT TO PICK ON THE REPORT? She is not those that would help other members to make the report better and only do her crappy part. She say WHAT CAN SHE DO BUT NOT TO STUDY STATS SINCE HER PART WAS DONE. I WAS THINKING YA RIGHT, YOU COULD HAVE SEE WHAT IS NEEDED FOR IMPROVEMENT ON YOUR PART AFTER I EDITED ALMOST 90% OF YOUR PART LIKE YOU DID ON THE FORMATING -………-
FOR THAT REPORT, I EDITED 80% OF THE OVERALL REPORT TO GEAR THE REPORT TO FLOW AND HIT THE QUESTIONS MORE ACCURATELY AND BEFORE THAT I DID TOLD HER WHAT IS THE APPROIATE WAY OF DOING HER PART AND SHE DID NOTHING! AND ON THE BACKWORK, SHE’S LIKE DIRECTING EVERYONE AND IN FRONT OF PEOPLE, SHE LIKE SUPPORTIVE AND TRYING TO ASSIST LEADING THE GROUP. I LIKE WANT TO PLUKE!
ALSO BECAUSE OF BEING SO MAD AT HER, I COMPLETELY FORGOT WHAT I HAVE TO SAY DURING THE REHERSAL OF THE PRESENTATION. After writing them down and rehearsing for another 3 times, I am much more confident in it.
Our group was the second last group to present and with the presentation start of with her, I was like shaking my head in the head as if the lecturer was to read the report, he knows who done her part cos her slides that she create does not tally with the information on the report,its more towards theorical than what I put as pratical and she took a bloddy 6 minutes. AS I WAS DOING METHODS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN IT WAS MY TURN I WAS ALREADY IN THE TRANS MODE, I JUST SHOOT OFF WITH WHAT COMES TO MY MIND WITHOUT REFERRING TO THE NOTES I MAKE EARLY AND LINKING THEM WITH THE PRATICIAL EXAMPLES IN THE REPORT AND WHEN IT COMES TO A QUESTION ASKED, I JUST SHOOT WHATEVER COMES TO MY HEAD. IN THE END WE DID NOT MEET THE 20 MINS GIVEN BUT LONGER.

Tuesday morning is the second last lecture of the brand and in the lecture was much more of discussions. In the discussions, we were to express our strengths and weaknesses. One of which that I discover was my indecisiveness and confidence still lacking as well as not being objective enough to turn a black face.
I contemplated on skipping photography as there was a test on Wednesday but then the reason I came here was for this so I went there in the end. It turn out great from the past few boring lessons. We got to do studio! And I got to use my camera to take pictures of my group in raw, well I should set it to jpg but good thing though, looking at raw pictures with tripod I see more detail than if it was to be in jpg. Oh well my current software did not support raw that well and it would be troublesome to convert raw to jpg. Also my assignment was to shoot in raw and convert to jpg but I already done it and lets hope quality would be the same when printing in 8 by 10 inches.
After the lessons, there was a rain storm and I have to walk back to my apartment. By the time I return, I was all wet and have to leave my cameras to dry.

Well most of the time at home to study for the test and went out to buy milk. Test was so easy that I got air in my head and make a mistake lol

Getting a break from the test, use the 3 stage fare to explore the lines in Auckland and not much to see as there are few locations that are heavy located with shops, bought a third luggage. Then went to biotromart and to mid city, got the most expensive gift for bro -.- he and his bear -.- and then went to Victoria market to get some accessories lol, spend a lot today. Have a chat with mum, she say that I should just give ip man 2 a go since its in Cantonese. Well went home to do branding and then sleep.

Went to st lukes to donate old clothes and to watch ip man 2, bought a t-short at $10, I been targeting that one for a long time and that the cookie monsters sold out!
Ip man 2 is in Cantonese while is worthwhile to experience a movie in Cantonese lol!

Took a train or railbus to city since the train are under maintainence to test print my photography assignment and print photos for my photography. Went to explore food town and meet sin who was working there. Chat with her for a while before I catch the rail bus home.

Sunday market again to buy a bag as my havesack was torn and then to new lynn to walk around before I head home and watch maid of honour movie haha. Bought 4 cantonese dramas again :X
