13 feb was a total horrible for me as I prepared for my Auckland trip as now only was I worried about the overweight of my luggage by a few kilograms but also did a very stupid thing and that is cry! For heaven sake my mum caught me crying as I entered the gate some more lol. She already worried about me and me crying like a kid in front of her is going to make her felt even worse. Anyways I cant hold back my tears and I dare not look back at my mum, did glaze at her crying before I proceed inside to C1. Its super pain lol! The visitors looked at him wondering why I cry lol, then I bought this handbag at $20 to put my lens and camera in so that it can be put in front of my legs. Crying did not stop there, I cried on the plane as well -.- this is so embarrassing (and shut up! I still cried when I blogged it on the first day on a word doc!) But good thing is that many of my friends and relatives came to send me off. My first flight, I was given a middle seat at the tail area and those who want to ask how it feels like (the movement of the plane is very strong towards the end!) The good point is that there is a mini tv for me to watch some movies so did watch 2 which is alien in the eltic and then cloudy with a chance of meatballs. Couldn’t sleep and eat on the flight. After 6 hours plus, my butt is damn stiff from it lol. The plane landed in sydery and the dfs there is consider cheap than Singapore or Auckland. PS3 at 500 plus, I pod nano 8gb at 180, I touch at 243 (all in aud) and best of all d3000 nikon the dual lens is 988. In Singapore if you buy dual lens first hand also not that cheap.
14 feb is to Auckland, my window seat isn’t exactly at the window. Anyways fell asleep most of the time on that flight lol. When I reached there, the immigration Q was so long that the hostel people took the majority of the students to the school first and left 2 of their staff to pick me up on the car. Car is those old kind manual ones but that does not matter as the windows is all wind down and the wind is so cool like in air-con. The weather for the summer is great as its mostly around 24 degrees in day and night. There is no air-con only heater and that electricity need to be purchased at 90 cu per $30. Per paid phones cost mini $50 for card and minimum top up of $20. Also since school is closed, I wont be able to surf the net till tomorrow where I get my id.
Meet my might be temporary apartment mates today. One is May and the other is Thong and other guy didn’t get his name. They are all seeking to find a cheaper apartment outsides as with the elecity paid ourself, its not that cheap anymore. Water is free but water heater not sure. They took me for a walk around the area and that’s when we pass by a patrol station and the staff help me to activate the sim card so I can sms back home. Each sms is $0.30 -.- Anyways going to sleep!
