Finally I landed on a bargin for a battery grip for my camera! On top of this I got 2 extra batteries now! wow!
Went out in the morning to make the deal, ya ya ya most of my equipments 100% are second hand purchases as the finances needed to enjoy photography is very heavy. Well Mum is asking me not to soend too much on those equipments. She got a point there by herself. Who knows how long this heat will last? for I am a 3 minute person and also the point that photography is much less restricted here. Well I'm lucky to got this latest deal. Although its second hand, the condition is very new and with the package I got at the price, I did save $20 or so as I saw a few other offers from sellers selling the grip at $120 to even $140 for the grip itself without the battery.
Condition of the box is like new, with all the manuels and the plastic inside the box.
The grip itself can store up to 2 batteries or AA batteries when you put the AA tray inside the grip.
(PS above is one of the pictures I always wanted to take in the MRT, travelling can be fun if you observe the tiny actions of people around you haha)
An eariler picture I took before I met the seller for the grip. My first time taking photo inside the MRT and got told off by a commuter. Okies I know it doesnt feel nice to have someone taking your photos without your permission but I didnt take her photo. For portiats, I usually identify one subject out of a crowd and took it with the person not looking at the camera in black and white cos I think it helps to not identify the person from the picture and that I can hack care about the white balance. To be fair to all, I went to the websites and SMRT to check if there is such a law and there was none in SMRT website.
An article on newpaper quoted the Lawyer's claims that there was no law to forbid people from taking pictures in public places. Meaning if you standing on public places and taking pictures of the store insides with ZOOM lens its not illegal. Of cos main thing is not the law but to respect those actions of others.
