Ot points to note

Just days to LM and OT exam and I find that I really need to work and improve my understanding of the overall OT issues in order to not get really hit down hard by the main exam. Last night, i managed to dig into some of the original works by the theorists in the technology sections. Hmm I guess I need to get from Tim on the original works of the theorists. As for LM, I have to get started .

Listening to the newest OT review:
-lack of confidence in determing your views about the situation and how your proposed model applies to the situation.
- Read problem, what is the real problem, define the problem, apply the theory to the problem. What theorist that you relied on to say that power was not correctly use. then coming up with a reason solution of how you could slove the problem. Cross references to others topice. draw reasonable influences, conclusion from the question.
- theory: when it is apply and how it is apply.

Note: Depth! depth!
How do i combine them to understand what is going on?

Now reviewing the case study:
1. Content could be better with more use of reference articles and fewer textbooks.
2. weak inline references for academic and case.
3. Assignment well written and FAIRLY CONVICING (man... I need to work on convenicing my views)
4. Understanding of theories could be better, depth of responses to the three questions could be improved through BETTER USE OF THEORY!
5.BETTER IF evidence used are more in depth to make conclusions and especially in the analysis. mORE USES OF OT THEORIES TO BE USE AND ANALYSIS IN DISCUSSION SUCH AS TECHNOLOGY, LIFE CYCLE, EFFECTIVENESS.
6.Weaker if insightful contents and observations.
7. better if use of core ot topics covered.
8. question 2: present in somehow presentive: 3.4 could be further improved.
9. q3(4.0) interesting because raise lesson to be learned with the experience of other companies.
10. tighering Q1 an Q2 needed.
11. describle what both companies is doing and then compare with each others then say where it went wrong.
12. better if case are used better to further the finding that they exist in stable environment.
13. how much power one has if staff strike against him.
14. Know the theory implication well
15. recommendation of theories to the company.
16. what ot theories should adopt to function better? and how
17. how theories could be used to achieve the companies objectives

Bro back from japan

Bro is finally back from Japan! and the most shocker! he knows Xiao Dou die...when he was in japan!
