Big Sis has been renting TVB dramas lately. So to say i been able to catch the latest tvb dramas this holiday.
What she rented so far:

and now currently the Gem of Life!
What is this show about?
Its about those high society life. So in the drama all the diamonds, air planes, cars, dresses are all of first class. Hong kong is currently showing to episode 55 now every mon to fridays at 9pm.
Basically the story revoles around lee shi qi and her 3 daughters play by maggie, gigi, and cai shao fen. All 3 daughters were married in the beginning but all 3 faced divorce one by one. Then later all 3 get married again.
The one that i really dun like in the family is the mother and the youngest sis played by cai shao fen. I mean they are like so money minded at times and in order to get what they want, they even scarific their family members which is gi gi in the case.Even after getting married, she still isnt contend as she wanted her husband to be more influential. Being the women at the back, she will do anything to get her husand out of trouble including forging a kidnap of her sis, gigi, to stop her sis-in-law moses who is also her husband son from fighting with lim bo yi for business...
Hmm I like Jia Xin's overall image in this show but not her character. For the first half of the drama, i find her character too irrating! but it was better after she change for the good better than jia hao yue yuet when i find her crying too much at times.
GIGI is one of the best characters in the show. Why? cos she is always the one scarifing! and those people around her really dun know how to teasure her that much! She's the only one who dun have so much xin ji!
For those who like GIGI, remember to catch her in her last drama after she goes into retirement at her peak to look after her brother!
